On Friday, 1 October 2021, the official start of the academic year took place at the Centre for Medical Education in English. This year almost 100 students from different countries will start their academic adventure with us.

The awarding of an honorary doctorate to Professor Hanna Suchocka at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń will mark the inauguration of the 2021/2022 academic year, which will take place in a hybrid formula on 1st October.

In connection with the planned return to teaching at the University in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022, general rules and guidelines for the organization of classes for students, doctoral students and other participants of the teaching process by organizational units of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń are established.
University-wide courses are understood as courses conducted in Polish or in a foreign language, which enable students to obtain knowledge in various fields not directly related to the subject of the studies being carried out, promote overall development or strengthen student’s position on the labour market.
