On 23rd April 2015, starting at 12.00 noon CET, Collegium Medicum will be holding an online Virtual Open Doors Event devoted to anyone who wishes to see our University from the inside and hear our students and authorities talk about the educational and extracurricular offer, without having to leave the comfort of home. International Conference on Regenerative Medicine

The 1st Central European Conference on Regenerative Medicine – CECRM will be held in the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz on 14-15 March 2015. The interdisciplinary symposium will be devoted to issues in the fields of innovative regenerative medicine, tissue engineering and modern biomaterials addressed by internationally distinguished professionals.


Folia Medica Copernicana

We are pleased to inform that a new issue of the scientific quarterly ”Folia Medica Copernicana” has been published by the Nicolaus Copernicus University Collegium Medicum. The journal features a wide range of original and review articles on medical sciences, including such fields as general medicine, pharmacy, immunology, haematology, toxicology, endocrinology, oncology, clinical biochemistry, nursing, analytics and laboratory medicine. We would like to thank the authors, reviewers and our readers for their time, consideration, and contribution to the development of our journal in the previous year. The loved by many and long awaited Christmas time is fast approaching! This year’s Christmas break for the students of Collegium Medicum is scheduled from 23rd December 2016 until 8rd January 2017. Additionally, on 22nd December (Thursday) from 1.00 pm there will be Rector’s hours (no classes). Find out how the observation of Christmas in Poland differs from that in your home country.

Visit of the Irish Ambassador

On 23rd September 2015, Gerard Keown, the Ambassador of Ireland to Poland, paid a visit to the Irish students of the 6-year Medical Program in English, commencing their studies at Collegium Medicum in the academic year 2015/16.
