Dr n. med. Maciej Nowacki, a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Oncological Surgery of the Faculty of Health Sciences of NCU Collegium Medicum, received the annual Scientific Award of the Polish Society of Surgical Oncology.

The 12th Nicolaus Copernicus University Tennis Championships for the cups of the Vice-Rector for Collegium Medicum organised by the Department of Principles of Physical Culture were held on 20 May 2017.

Dr Marta Pokrywczyńska, acting head of the Division of Regenerative Medicine at NCU Collegium Medicum, received a scholarship for the high-impact publication: „Clinical pancreatic islet transplantation” in Nature Reviews Endocrinology.
