The 1st Central European Conference on Regenerative Medicine – CECRM will be held in the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz on 14-15 March 2015. The interdisciplinary symposium will be devoted to issues in the fields of innovative regenerative medicine, tissue engineering and modern biomaterials addressed by internationally distinguished professionals.

We are pleased to inform that a new issue of the scientific quarterly ”Folia Medica Copernicana” has been published by the Nicolaus Copernicus University Collegium Medicum. The journal features a wide range of original and review articles on medical sciences, including such fields as general medicine, pharmacy, immunology, haematology, toxicology, endocrinology, oncology, clinical biochemistry, nursing, analytics and laboratory medicine.

On 23rd September 2015, Gerard Keown, the Ambassador of Ireland to Poland, paid a visit to the Irish students of the 6-year Medical Program in English, commencing their studies at Collegium Medicum in the academic year 2015/16.
25th November 2014 was a historic day in the life of Collegium Medicum. It marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the University and, at the same time, the 10th anniversary of its merger with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. As a result of the union proclaimed in 2004, the University changed its name from the Ludwik Rydygier Medical University in Bydgoszcz to the Nicolaus Copernicus University Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz
