  • WHAT ARE UNIVERSITY-WIDE COURSES?

University-wide courses are understood as courses conducted in Polish or in a foreign language, which enable students to obtain knowledge in various fields not directly related to the subject of the studies being carried out, promote overall development or strengthen student’s position on the labour market.

According to Article 29, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Study introduced by Resolution No. 39 of the Senate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University of April 30, 2019 at the request of the student submitted within 14 days from the beginning of the year or semester, the dean may credit the courses specified in the study plan, including general university courses, on the basis of the courses the student completed at the University or another higher education institution, including foreign universities.

You can choose a subject from both – the English and Polish language courses.
