ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIP FORMALITIES – STEP BY STEP
1. Find a foreign institution where you would like to realize your mobility. Contact the institution and get a confirmation that Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship is possible to be realized.
2. Fill in an Online Form (link) and submit the printed out and signed document to the Department of Projects and International Cooperation together with you GPA document signed by the Dean (GPA – all completed components of your studies).
3. Fill in the Learning Agreement. Please contact the CM Department of Research and Projects if you have any questions.
What is of crucial importance?
a. Completing ALL required fields in the LA before mobility
b. Checking if the period of stay is minimum 2 months (30 days) (calculator on the website)
c. Deatailed programme of traineeship – contact your Faculty Coordinator
4. Correctly filled in LA needs to be signed by the student and submitted to the Department of Projects.
5. Fill in a Faculty Refferal Form (link) submit to the Department of Projects.
6. When your LA is signed by the Faculty Coordinator, you will receive a scan which you need to send to the foreign institution for signature.
7. About 2 months prior to your departure you need to submit the Application to the Rector (link) (bring it to the CM Department of Research and Projects and we will get all necessary signatures).
8. Arrange an individual meeting with the CM Department of Research and Projects in order to sign the Contract. You need to get insurance policy (civil liability, cost of treatment and accident insurance).

- I group – EUR 670/month – Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Irleland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, UK
- II group – EUR 670/month – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malta, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal
- III group – EUR 600/month – Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, FYROM (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey
