1. Filled in, printed and signed online form
2. Certificate of the student’s GPA (from the Dean’s Office)
3. Certificate (with a grade) confirming the knowledge of the foreign language at a level indicated in the Agreement with a given University (only chosen foreign languages) OR taking the exam (English, German, French)
RESULTS – will be sent by email to each student by the end of March (only preliminary qualification – the final decision is up to the chosen University)
CURRENT INFORMATION regarding the application process:
Faculty of Medicine – mobilities to Portugal – it is compulsory to deliver a certificate confirming the knowledge of Portuguese (level of the language is indicated in the Agreement between the Universities) AND taking the exam from English

It is possible to go to the Universities with which given Faculty has an Agreement with (full list of the Interinstitutional Agreements within Erasmus+) for the period from 3 up to 12 months – depending on the Agreement’s regulations.
Rates of the Erasmus+ funding for studies:
- I group- 670 EUR/month. – Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, UK
- II group- 670 EUR/month.– Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands
- III group- 600 EUR/month. – Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Republic of North Macedonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey
