Prof. Andrzej Tretyn was the only candidate nominated for the post. 231 electors were present: 166 voted for, 53 voted against, and 12 abstained. This is the second term of Prof. Andrzej Tretyn as the Rector of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. He has held the office since 2012.
