MDay 2019 posterThe second edition of Multicultural Day organised by the Multicultural Student Association (MSA) – a newly founded student society established by our English Division students – was held on 11 May 2019 at the Student House no. 3 in Bydgoszcz.

The event was organised with the aim of showcasing the vibrancy and contribution of the university’s multiculturalism, fostering cross-cultural awareness, understanding, and respect, providing students with an opportunity to preserve and share their traditions, as well as cherishing and broadening the knowledge of various cultures represented by Collegium Medicum students.

Multicultural Day was held under the auspices of the Vice-Rector for Collegium Medicum, prof. dr hab. Grażyna Odrowąż-Sypniewska.

The event featured fantastic culture-related performances, including dancing and singing, as well as games and quizzes focused on cross-cultural awareness. Visitors had a unique opportunity to sample culinary delights from different parts of the world. The event undoubtedly served as a platform for promoting the cultural diversity of Collegium Medicum.

PHOTOS from the event will be available soon!

The Multicultural Student Association (MSA) was established with the aim of bringing together students of English-taught programmes and those studying within the Erasmus+ programme at NCU Collegium Medicum, supporting their extracurricular activity, and cooperating with other student organisations functioning within and outside the University.
