Four researchers from NCU Collegium Medicum received scholarships for high-impact publications: prof. dr hab. Ryszard Oliński and dr hab. Daniel Gackowski (Faculty of Pharmacy), prof. dr hab. Jan Styczyński (Faculty of Medicine), and dr Bogdan Małkowski (Faculty of Health Sciences).

More Rector’s scholarships were granted to NCU Collegium Medium researchers as an award for high-impact publications:

BBA coverProf. dr hab. Ryszard Oliński and dr hab. Daniel Gackowski – from the Department of Clinical Biochemistry (Faculty of Pharmacy) – for the paper: ”Endogenously generated DNA nucleobase modifications source, and significance as possible biomarkers of malignant transformation risk, and role in anticancer therapy” published in “Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) – Reviews on Cancer” (IF: 9.452).

Clinical Infectious Diseases coverProf. dr hab. Jan Styczyński – head of the Division of Clinical and Experimental Oncology at the Department of Paediatrics, Haematology and Oncology (Faculty of Medicine) – for the paper: ”Antimicrobial resistance in gram-negative rods causing bacteremia in hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients: intercontinental prospective study of the Infectious Diseases Working Party of the European Bone Marrow Transplantation Group” published in “Clinical Infectious Diseases” (IF: 8.216).
