It is possible to apply only to universities that are included in the attached list.
The online form (the signed document must be delivered to the Department of Research and Projects CM) should be accompanied by:
- Certificate confirming your GPA (contact your Dean’s Office for the document)
- confirmation of knowledge of a foreign language:
- Certificate of knowledge of a foreign language at the level indicated in the Agreement with a Partner University (applies to languages other than English, German)
- taking the exam (applies to English, German)
IMPORTANT: Erasmus+ programme enables mobilities with international aspect – therefore, please be aware that it is not possible to go to the country of your origin or to the country where the mobility is conducted in your mother tongue. Each case is verified individually, therefore if you have doubts, pleased do not hesitate to contact us.
RESULTS – will be sent by e-mail individually to each student (this is a preliminary qualification – the final decision on the admission of the candidate depends on the Partner University).

ADDITIONAL English language – Exam – 27th April 4pm – exam in a remote form – access to the test will be sent by e-mail to candidates who submit complete set of documents before the application deadline

Recruitment information
Duration of mobility – Recruitment applies only to trips for the the academic year 2023/2024
Faculty of Medicine – mobilities to Portugal – it is necessary to have a certificate of knowledge of Portuguese (the level of the language is entered in each contract respectively) AND to take the English exam
Additional information on mobilities for the 6th year of the Faculty of Medicine – Erasmus + program allows to participate in mobilities only as part of placements.
• Student mobility for studies is possible if the program (in Learning Agreement before mobility) includes subjects consistent with the field of study, followed by an exam, grade, ECTS points (a statement from the Partner University about this form of classes is necessary – an additional document to LA). The study program is the result of an agreement between three parties – the student, the Home University (CMUK) and the Partner University. In CM NCU, decisions on the possibility of pursuing given subjects are made by the Faculty Coordinator in agreement with the student.
• Student mobility for placement is possible if the student will carry out an placement program in accordance with the field of study as part of the implemented program (in Learning Agreement before mobility). The placement program is the result of an agreement between three parties – the student, the home university (CMU) and the Partner University / foreign institution. In CM NCU, decisions on the possibility of implementing a given placement program are made by the Faculty Coordinator in agreement with the student.
List of Partner universities
You can go to study only to those universities with which a specific faculty / direction has signed cooperation agreements under the Erasmus+ program providing for the exchange of students.
Funding
Country groups and rates for mobilities in the academic year 2023/2024:
• I group – 670 EUR/month – Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom
• II group – 670 EUR/month – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Malta, Germany, Portugal, Italy
• III Group – 600 EUR/month – Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Republic of North Macedonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary
Students in a difficult financial situation (receiving a social scholarship at the time of recruitment) will receive an additional 250 EUR / month (more information)
