Time flies when you’re having fun… Such is the case with our Erasmus students who have been studying at Collegium Medicum for a few months now. A couple of days ago, we were preparing Easter dishes together. It was a demanding task considering cultural differences. Nevertheless, everyone showed a certain degree of flexibility and as a result we had sour rye soup with turkey meatballs, devilled eggs, potato salad and Russian-style dumplings. For dessert – mazurek (shortcrust tart traditionally baked for Easter) that everyone decorated in their own style.
We hope that the forthcoming months will also be enjoyable for our Erasmus students!
