erasmus plus logoStudents interested in learning abroad within the Erasmus+ exchange programme are invited to submit their application documents to the Department of Projects and International Cooperation until 9 March 2018.

Students interested in learning abroad within the Erasmus+ exchange programme are invited to submit their application documents to the Department of Projects and International Cooperation (ul. Jagiellońska 13, building A, room 20). The deadline for submitting applications is 9 March 2018.


The application documents include:

  • filled-in on-line application form (the form is in Polish only – you may contact the Department of Projects and International Cooperation for assistance in completing the form);
  • certificate issued by the dean’s office showing grade point average for subjects already completed (including negative results);
  • certificate of language proficiency (including grade; applies to selected foreign languages) OR taking a language proficiency test (English, German, French).


Information meetings
will be held:

  • on 23 February 2018 (Wed) at 1.00 pm (venue will be announced soon),
  • on 5 March 2018 (Mon) at 1.00 pm (venue will be announced soon).


The meetings will be held both in Polish and in English.

Requirements:

Students from the Faculty of Medicine:

  • minimum total grade point average: 3.5;
  • written exam in English, French or German (dates will be announced soon);
  • for students going to Italy/Spain/Portugal – certificate (with a grade) issued by a language school confirming the completion of a language course at a level required by the target university abroad.


Students from the Faculty of Health Sciences:

  • minimum total grade point average: 3.0;
  • written exam in English (dates will be announced soon);
  • for students going to Italy or Spain – certificate of proficiency in Italian or Spanish.


Students from the Faculty of Pharmacy:

  • minimum total grade point average: 3.5;
  • certificate of proficiency in a foreign language.
