Anna Maria Dobosiewicz, a student of the Faculty of Health Sciences of NCU Collegium Medicum, was awarded the title of the Best Student of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in the academic year 2016/2017.
Anna Maria Dobosiewicz, a first-year student of the second-cycle (postgraduate Master’s degree) Physiotherapy programme at the Faculty of Health Sciences of NCU Collegium Medicum, has been awarded the title of the Best Student of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in the academic year 2016/2017, having earned a grade point average of 4.58.
Apart from great academic performance, Anna devotes her time to research activity. She is a member of the Student Research Club at the Division of Ergonomics and Exercise Physiology and is actively involved in scientific projects, particularly with a focus on the chronic fatigue syndrome. She is also a skilled and committed organiser. She serves as the head of the Student Government Council at the Faculty of Health Sciences and a member of the NCU Senate, the Council of the Faculty of Health Sciences, and Disciplinary Committees for Teachers, Students and Doctoral Students. In March 2017, she was elected as the representative for research activity in the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland. Besides her academic duties, she finds fulfilment as a volunteer, working as a physiotherapist in a charitable foundation in Bydgoszcz and providing physiotherapy services to the KP Polonia Bydgoszcz football team.
