We are proud to announce that once again both Polish and English-speaking students of the 1st year of the medical programme at NCU Collegium Medicum achieved a notable success at the National Inter-University Anatomy Competition Scapula Aurea and Golden Scapula. This year’s edition, held in Bydgoszcz between 29-31 May 2015, was organised by the Department of Normal Anatomy of NCU Collegium Medicum.
We are proud to announce that once again both Polish and English-speaking students of the 1st year of the medical programme at NCU Collegium Medicum achieved a notable success at the National Inter-University Anatomy Competition Scapula Aurea and Golden Scapula. This year’s edition, held in Bydgoszcz between 29-31 May 2015, was organised by the Department of Normal Anatomy of NCU Collegium Medicum. The students of medicine who entered the competition represented ten Polish higher education institutions from the following cities: Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Olsztyn, Warszawa, Szczecin and Wrocław.
The practical test involved the identification of 50 anatomical structures from formalin-fixed specimens and on CT and MRI images. The theoretical part consisted of 50 multiple choice questions related to normal, topographic, clinical and neurological anatomy.
