If you are interested in studying abroad within the Erasmus+ exchange programme in the academic year 2020/21, please submit the application documents to the Department of Projects and International Cooperation (ul. Jagiellońska 13, building A, room 20 – entrance form ul. 3 Maja).
The application documents include:
- filled-in form (the form is in Polish – you may contact the Department of Projects and International Cooperation for assistance in completing the form);
- certificate issued by the English Division Office showing grade point average for subjects already completed (including negative results);
