The teaching facilities of NCU Collegium Medicum are located in various parts of the beautiful city of Bydgoszcz. Classes are held in both historical buildings of classical architecture as well as more modern, stylish facilities. Most university buildings are grouped into two major campuses situated in the heart of the city:

• the main administration campus at ul. Jagiellońska 13-15 (it includes most administrative offices as well as a few teaching departments);
• the Jurasz Hospital campus at ul. Curie-Skłodowskiej 9 (it includes hospital and clinical teaching facilities, as well as the Pharmacy Building at ul. Jurasza 2 and Student House no. 3 for international students at al. Powstańców Wielkopolskich 46).

Some departments and offices are located outside the two main campuses, at the following addresses:
