Recruitment – student mobility for studies (SMS) under the Erasmus+ programme (KA131) to EU countries and countries associated with the programme and to countries not associated with the programme (KA171)

Recruitment period (spring) at Collegium Medicum NCU at the Faculties of: Medicine, Pharmacy and Health Sciences is open from the 2 February to 2 March 2026.
1. Critieria for eligiblity for the candidates:
Qualification for the mobility of studies can be obtained solely and exclusively by the students who:
– are registered for the first, second or third cycle of studies (including the students enrolled at the Doctoral Schools) or long-cycle Master`s Degree studies (full-time and part-time)
– completed at least the first year of studies of the first cycle before signing an individual agreement for mobility
– have not already used up their mobility capital available for the cycle of studies in which the mobility takes place. Mobility capital amounts to 12 months/360 days for each cycle of studies, except for the long-cycle Master`s Degree (24 months/720 days).
2. The prospective candidates should also:
– have good academic results
– have very good knowledge of the language in which the classes and lectures will be conducted
3. As a formal requirment for the participation in the recruitment process, student is required to submit to the Erasmus Office (CM Department of Projects and Research) the following documents:
I. for the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences:
– application form
– GPA for the completed years of studies obtained from the Dean`s office
II. for the students of the Faculty of Medicine:
– application form

ATTENTION:
From the students of the Faculty Pharmacy and Faculty of Health Sciences, who apply for a mobility to a partner university in: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France a respective language certificate is required (Spanish/Portuguese/Italian/French), not lower than B2. The certificate has to be issued by a language school.
For the students of the Faculty of Medicine the details regarding certificates and required foreign language levels are described in the Faculty Rules of the Faculty of Medicine.
