Elections to the Councils of the Student Government at the Faculties of Pharmacy, Medicine and Health Sciences will be held on 16 April 2018. The deadline for submitting candidates’ applications is 9 April 2018.
ELECTION ANNOUCEMENT
In accordance with the Resolution of the Central Electoral Committee, elections to the Councils of the Student Government at the Faculties of Pharmacy, Medicine and Health Sciences will be held on 16 April 2018 between 9.00 am – 2.00 pm.
Number of mandates:
- Faculty of Pharmacy – 5
- Faculty of Medicine – 5
- Faculty of Health Sciences – 5
The Council at each Faculty can include 1 additional student elected only from among and by English Division students. The right to vote applies to all English Division students and the right to stand for election applies to all English Division students who have never been subjected to any disciplinary action.

The deadline for submitting candidates’ applications is 9 April 2018. The applications are to be submitted to the Office of the Student Government located in the building of the Student Initiatives Club (“KIS” building) – entrance from ul. 3 Maja 3.
Collegium Medicum Student Government is the official representative body for all Collegium Medicum students in the University’s Senate and faculty councils. Its main tasks include providing assistance in university-related issues as well as organising various academic and social events for students.
The main duties and entitlements of faculty councils include:
- representing the students of a given faculty before its authorities,
- making decisions concerning the student community at a given faculty,
- holding students referendums at a given faculty,
- voicing opinion on matters related to education provided by a given faculty.
