NCU Collegium Medicum students who have classes in hospital facilities are entitled to take their 3rd dose of Covid-19 vaccine. The 3rd dose can only be administered if the 2nd dose was taken at least 6 months prior (e.g. you can take the 3rd dose on 22 October if your 2nd dose was taken not later than 22 April). This applies to all students, regardless of where they took their first two doses.
The 3rd vaccine can be taken on 22, 25 and 26 October 2021 at 2:30-4:30 pm at the vaccination point located in the main building of Jan Biziel University Hospital No. 2 in Bydgoszcz (ul. Ujejskiego 75) – hospital outpatient clinics on the 1st floor.
Please mind that the English Division office is not involved in signing up for the vaccine. In order to take your 3rd dose, you have to show up at the hospital in the above specified period and simply queue up with other students. Bring the following:
- your student ID card,
- proof of previous doses (Covid passport),
- your passport (passport number used for previous doses is needed).
